Return Request Deadline
All return requests must be submitted to Kalglo Manufacturing, Inc. within 30 days of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 30 days will be denied and closed.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
The product must be free of any signs of use or installation, including:
Scratches, dings, dents
Dust, dirt, hay, straw, cobwebs, or any debris
Any alterations such as cut or clipped wires
All original accessories and components must be included.
The product must be repackaged securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Damaged or Improper Returns
If a product is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, a partial refund will be issued based on the extent of damage after inspection.
